Terms & Conditions

Hotel Policies:

1. This is a couple friendly Resort.

2. Primary Guest should be at least 18 years of age.

3. Pets are not allowed.

4. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.

5. It is mandatory to carry a Government issued Photo Identification (Aadhar Card/Driving Licence/Passport) at the time of check in for every individual guest as per the Government Laws. (Pan Card is not acceptable)

6. For Foreigner Guest, Valid Visa is mandatory.

7. Guest to provide GSTIN prior to check-in

8. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

9. Guests shall be liable for any damage of Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

10. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

Extra Person/Child Policy:

1. Per room one extra person/child is allowed.

2. Extra Person/child charges: Rs.2,000/-

3. Taxes & levies extra as applicable.

4. Child 6 yr & below is not charged, Child above 6 yr charged as per above Extra Person charges.

5. Extra Mattress would be provided on First Floor room for extra person

Package includes:

1. Breakfast for the following day

2. Resort Amenities (Swimming Pool/ Club House/ Cycles)

Standard Check in / Check out Time:

1. Check in Time: 02:00 PM

2. Checkout Time: 11:00 AM

3. Early Check-in & Late Check-out is subject to availability.

Payment Terms:

100 % Advance Payment is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

1. On cancellation of booking 30 - 15 Days to check in: 50% Deduction.

2. On cancellation of booking Less Than 14 days to check in: 100% Deduction.
